One of Cardata’s main jobs is to capture your mileage, routes, and start and end points. We use this data to provide you with reimbursements that accurately reflect the amount of money you spend on business driving.
We have a number of measures in place to ensure drivers have full control over their privacy at all times:
- We never track drivers outside their tracking schedule or when they have toggled tracking off.
- All of your trip data is encrypted, and you can delete any trip at any time. After a trip is deleted, it is completely destroyed and nobody, including your employer, can access it.
- Personal and unclassified trips, even when captured and recorded in the app, cannot be accessed by your employer.
- Trips recorded outside of your work schedule are completely and irrecoverably destroyed immediately after the trip ends.
